Miley Cyrus is a serious yogi, but even the most disciplined of practitioners take a break every once and a while, especially around the food-coma inducing holiday season.

Cyrus took to Instagram on Tuesday, in a Floating Lotus pose with the all-too-relatable caption, "I will NEVER not practice for 10 days EVER again! Today I got my ASStanga kicked! Ouchie boo boo! Dayummm I'm shocked dis girl full of Dumplins & Macaroni could get z booty off da ground!"

Miley, we feel you, getting back to the gym after basically eating our way through the holidays (BTW, those dumplings and macaroni sound delicious) is no easy task. But, Cyrus seems to be doing pretty well, mastering the difficult pose quite effortlessly.

Cyrus loves to post photos of her extremely flexible posing on Instagram, showing off her yoga skills and is basically living proof of the mantra, "practice makes perfect."
