Oh she's just being Miley! At last night's inaugural Daily Front Row Fashion Awards (where InStyle’s own Ariel Foxman accepted an award), Miley Cyrus stirred up a frenzy (as she's wont to do) when she showed up in a white slouchy sequined Moschino T-shirt dress emblazoned with the cheeky statement: "I had nothing to wear so I put on this Moschino dress." A custom "Miley" Moschino cross-body purse, a smattering of stacked jewelry, and optic white pumps completed her look.

Cyrus was there to honor (or in her words, "mush and gush" about) the man behind Moschino—Jeremy Scott—with the Designer of the Year Award. And really, who better than Scott's new BFF to assume the role of presenter? The two have a history of causing a commotion together, like at Jeremy Scott's fashion show (where Cyrus debuted her jewelry art collaboration) or at Art Basel Miami Beach.

All of this is to say, Cyrus has become something of a celebrity poster child of the Moschino brand, and her look last night proves it. Equal parts nonchalance and hip, Cyrus was dressed far more conservatively than in the past. But even though there wasn't an X-rated moment (like, excessive skin exposure), leave it to Cyrus to still make a statement.
