Michelle Williams recently put her New York City townhouse on the market and it's giving us serious real-estate envy.

Located in the uber-hip area of Brooklyn's Boerum Hill, the $7.5 million townhouse is situated in a neighborhood of A-listers. Keri Russell, Ethan Hawke, and Emily Mortimer are among the stars who call Boerum Hill  home.

Realtors from Brown Harris Stevens promise that "every detail and amenity available to the modern homeowner has been meticulously curated in this expansive residence." They aren't kidding. The home has four floors (all with central air-conditioning) in addition to a finished basement with a temperature-controlled wine cellar. It's outfitted with exquisite decor details including pre-war moldings, paneled doors with bespoke brass and porcelain handles, and hardwood floors throughout the entire home.

The rooftop garden is a peaceful marriage of indoor and outdoor space. Built-in seating is protected by an ivy-covered trellis, making it perfect for entertaining guests, regardless of the season. The garden also has planters with irrigation and a waterfall feature.

The ivy-covered exterior of the building has three exposures (facing east, west, and south) which means the home is filled with streaming sunshine all day long. The garage can currently hold two cars, with the third bay housing a climate-controlled rec room.
