Say it ain't so: Maggie Smith, aka Violet Crawley and Dowager Countess of Grantham on Downton Abbey, has announced that the sixth season of the show will be her last. Smith broke the news to London's Sunday Times, saying, "They say this is the last one, and I can’t see how it could go on. I mean, I certainly can’t keep going. To my knowledge, I must be 110 by now."

Smith has won multiple accolades, including a Golden Globe, two Primetime Emmys, and three SAGs, for her role on the hit British TV show. Downton Abbey just wrapped up Season 5 in the U.S. on Sunday, and there are rumors that the show itself won't go any further than Season 6.
