Thirteen-year-old Dance Moms star Maddie Ziegler is up for any challenge when it comes to facing Hollywood’s ever-changing popularity contest. In fact, the wide-eyed dance phenom proved that Wednesday night as she beat out Instagram favorites like Kylie Jenner, Cara Delevingne, Ruby Rose, and Bella Thorne to take home the Seriously Popular Award at the 2016 People’s Choice Awards in Los Angeles.

So how did the recurring Sia music video star plan to celebrate? “I’ll probably just go eat with my friends or something—I’ll probably have a little dance party,” she told InStyle. Dressed in a colorful Michael Costello dress with matching blush Dior pumps and Jennifer Meyer jewelry, Ziegler, who confirmed she’s currently working on a new season of Lifetime's Dance Moms, also shared advice for girls who have yet to achieve their dreams.

“Just always stay dedicated and strive for what you’re doing because it will happen if you make it. It really will,” she said. “I’ve always wanted to do this when I was older, and it’s happening. You’ve just got to believe in yourself.”
