Madonna's daughter, Lourdes Leon, might be the collaborative force behind their Macy's juniors fashion line, Material Girl, but starting today, she's no longer a teen. The singer's eldest daughter is turning 20 and she's looking (and acting) more like her mother with each passing year.
In fact, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree as the 20-year-old is currently attending the University of Michigan, which was Madonna's one-time college before she dropped out to pursue a music career in New York City. Plus, it looks like Lourdes could follow in her famous mother's footsteps as she's studying music, theater, and dance. #MotherDaughterGoals.
Lourdes (aka Lola) is also taking a page from her mom's "Vogue-ing" days. Back in March, Leon made her modeling debut in a fragrance campaign for Madonna's good friend, designer Stella McCartney.
So happy to have Lola on the POP team! Lola, who I’ve known her entire life, is at the beginning of her career as a performance artist. She’s an independent, inspirational and free-spirited young woman. Despite being born in the spotlight, she has kept her feet firmly on the ground! X Stella #POPNOW #LolaLeon
Lourdes—whose father is Carlos Leon—is the oldest of Madonna's four children, who also include sons Rocco, 16, and David, 11 (whom she shares with ex-husband, Guy Ritchie), and daughter, Mercy James, 10.
In honor of Lourdes's 20th birthday, see 15 times the young teen looked just like her famous Material Girl mom, Madonna.
