We've all been there. Life has been hectic so you haven't had a chance to enjoy many leisurely Insta-worthy lunches, and your bad hair day means a selfie is out of the question. So instead of posting a photo of your own to Instagram, you upload a shot of vintage Kate Moss. Whether it's Friday afternoon and she's raising a glass of Champagne, or she's giving a pout that screams "Hump day feels," the caption basically writes itself: "Mood."

In fact, the feeling is so ubiquitous that even Kate's younger sister and model in her own right, Lottie Moss, does it, too. The 19-year-old reposted a meme to Instagram on Thursday that showed a young Kate in blue eyeshadow making an unconvincing attempt at a smile for the camera.

"When u don't have a single decent photo to post on Instagram so u post a random pic of Kate moss & say 'mood,'" the meme read. I'll give you one guess as to Lottie's caption.
