Prince George may not have made the trip to New York City with his parents, but that doesn't mean the little one is losing out completely. Last night Prince William and Princess Kate attended the Brooklyn Nets game in New York City where the home team took on the Cleveland Cavaliers, and the little royal received a present he won't soon forget.

After the game (which the Cavaliers won 110 to 88), basketball star and "King" LeBron James met the royal couple and presented them with a tiny Cavaliers jersey to give to 1-year-old Prince George. How adorable! The miniature piece is crafted in the team's colors and features George's name on the back along with the number one—James also presented William with a matching jersey of his own.

James posted several Instagram photos of the meeting and gushed over Will and Kate in the captions:

 

 

Aside from the athlete, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge also met Beyoncé and Jay Z at the event—talk about a slam dunk!
