The collection takes inspiration from the New York-based designer's archives, marrying colors and vibrant patterns from past seasons with products of all new form and function. The line allows you to immerse yourself in Hoffman's unique aesthetic, which reflects her affinity for world travel, nature, mysticism, and mythology. "I’ve been dreaming of doing a home collection for a long time and have always envisioned it as being a part of our brand’s story," Hoffman tells InStyle. "The eye motif is strong in this collection, and is a symbol we always play with and something I feel connected to. We usually sneak an eye or two into every collection."According to the designer, the best way to freshen up your space is by adding a pop of color or unexpected accessory (read: the items from her collection). "Geometric designs are an easy way to breath life into a room," Hoffman says. "Switching up pillows or adding a new bed spread will do wonders."
Hoffman enjoyed the challenge of translating prints from her swim and ready-to-wear collections into bedding, pillows, embroidered curtains, rugs, patterned journals, and more in a way that would appeal to a broad range of tastes and environments. "It was interesting to break things down on certain pieces for the home collection to make them really approachable," shares the designer. "The pieces can be mixed into an already eclectic room or be the standouts in a cleaner, more neutral space."Hoffman painted her vivid imagination into all items of the capsule line, making them standout pieces fit for any home. "The collection is perfect for people that are inspired by color and print and want to incorporate that into their everyday life without having to wear it."
