Our wait for a new Lana Del Rey track is over, as the artist features on the soundtrack to Blake Lively’s new movie The Age of Adaline. Her track "Life Is Beautiful" plays during the latest trailer for the movie.

The track may sound cheerful, but in keeping with her back catalog it has a haunting, melancholy tone, with lyrics including: "Don't be that way/Don't you pretend/Your star's on fire/I don't believe this is the end."

The movie stars Lively as Adaline, a woman who hasn't aged in eight decades after falling victim to a bizarre accident at the age of 29. She refuses to let her guard down in an attempt to keep her immortality a secret, but when she meets a handsome stranger (Michiel Huisman) she finally agrees to let someone in.

Del Rey tweeted her excitement at the track's inclusion in the film, writing: "It's an honor to be a part of this magical movie: 'The Age of Adaline.'" The singer's next album is thought to be called Honeymoon.

You can catch The Age of Adaline in theaters from April 24.
