Kylie Jenner joined InStyle for a very special afternoon tea party yesterday, co-hosted with beauty brand Nip + Fab. Over blue-iced cupcakes and Earl Grey at London's Edition Hotel we chatted to the 17-year-old starlet, who was on her second ever trip to London. "I'm appreciating the cold" she told us, "it makes a nice change, and I went on the London Eye yesterday which was great."
Kylie is in town to promote her new role as ambassador for beauty brand Nip + Fab. Her collaboration with the skincare line began six months ago when she instagrammed a shot of Nip + Fab's Dragon's Blood Serum to her 18 million followers. "I have dry skin so the Dragon's Blood Serum is super nourishing" she told us, "I never get on a flight without it".
When she found out Kylie was a fan, Nip + Fab President Maria Hatzistefanis got in touch to see if she would like to be an ambassador. "I am thrilled to be working with Kylie Jenner," said Maria, who was wearing a Stella McCartney jumpsuit, "she's cool, edgy and an international beauty icon."
Wearing a pale grey Zaid Affas high-neck dress and dark grey over-the-knee boots, Kylie also spoke to us about her early fashion influences. "I remember Khloe getting dressed for church on Easter day when I was little. She was wearing this floral dress with a denim jacket, I think that was the first time I became interested in fashion." She added that her older sister Kim and husband Kanye are a big influence on her wardrobe too. "I'm very inspired by Kim and Kanye, that high fashion thing is cool."
