It's no secret that Kim Kardashian West has been working hard to get down to her post-baby goal weight of 120 pounds. The mom-of-two, who already looks better than ever, has sworn by the Atkins 40 diet and plenty of hardcore workouts to slim down, and now she's revealing the healthy snacks she keeps in stock to maintain her impressive physique.

"When it comes to what's in my fridge, I always try and keep it fresh, simple and clean," the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star wrote on her website. "I'm really dedicated to my Atkins diet right now so it's all about staying healthy and lean," the mom of two continued, before listing listing several items she considers "great for snacking and keeping me energized throughout the day."

"I am literally obsessed with Snapple's Diet Peach Tea," Kardashian West, 35, said. "It's so refreshing and perfect during this hot summer!" The Kimoji maven also swears by Pressed Juicery Activated Charcoal Lemonade, adding, "I'm not super into the whole 'juicing' craze, but Pressed Juicery's fresh drinks taste amazing and make the perfect snack! I'm currently into the Charcoal Lemonade, which is rich in vitamin C. I swear, when I drink it, I feel cleansed and energized throughout the day."

Kardashian West also keeps Bio-K Probiotic in her kitchen, calling it her "daily probiotic." She added, "I love that it keeps both my digestive and immune system balanced!" When she wants to snack on something a little more hearty, the reality star can't get enough of Organic Prairie Turkey Breast slices. "Sliced turkey is one of my fave snacks to keep in the fridge because it's a great source of lean protein," she continued.

It looks like it's time to make a grocery store run.
