As Khloé Kardashian counts down to the premiere of her Revenge Body TV series, the reality star is opening up about her "spiritual and emotional transformation" with her newfound love of fitness.

"Thank you for the opportunity to allow me to help those who feel lost and silenced by their pasts," Kardashian wrote of her new show (which premieres Thursday on E!) in an Instagram caption. "You are not alone and together we will get our happy and healthy back!!"

"Revenge body is deeper than a physical transformation," she continued. "It is a spiritual and emotional transformation. The physical part is a bonus!"

In the upcoming show, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star—who penned the health and fitness book Strong Looks Better Naked in 2015—brings aboard 16 fans to work with trainers (such as Gunnar Peterson, Luke Milton, Harley Pasternak, Corey Calliet, Latreal Mitchell, Simone De La Rue, Jorge Cruise, and Lacey Stone) to learn how to lead more active, healthier lifestyles.

Kardashian has detailed her struggles with getting in shape in the past and previously shared other messages about her journey to embracing fitness.

"If you were to ask me five years ago if I ever saw myself being completely in love with fitness and health. That I would be an inspiration to many others, that I would be the push that others needed to find their way. I would've laughed in your face. Me? The chubby one? No way!" the 32-year-old captioned a 'gram from the weekend that showed two photos of herself in white minis.

"But now I can't see myself ever stopping! I am completely honored and taking my role seriously in helping motivate and teach people what I had to learn to better myself from the inside out," the social media mogul said.
