Khloé Kardashian has made it clear that hard work and a well-balanced diet have kept her "revenge body" in tip top shape. The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star not only shares Instagram photos of her tough workouts, but often gives tips on her site for how her readers can tighten up their physiques as well. Not long after revealing her must-haves for a home gym, Kardashian is sharing her gym bag essentials for when she heads out to work up a sweat.

"A towel, always," she began in a blog post called "KHLO-Fit: What's In My Gym Bag." She added that she also packs Harbinger gloves to prevent getting calluses. "A liter of water, minimum," she continued. "I usually grab my Avoin water bottle as I'm heading out the door and add some fruit slices! A sweat belt. I don't always use it, but it's in my bag just in case!" The Strong Looks Better Naked author added that she also throws Justin's Peanut Butter packs in her bag as well.

As for her must-haves for workouts at home, Kardashian said there are four things she swears by for it: the Ban.Do Think It Want It Get It Exercise Mat ($32; bando.com), the XSPEC Foldable Exercise Bike ($130; jet.com), the Fitness Solutions Kettlebell ($65; dickssportinggoods.com) and the Fitband Essentials Stretching and Resistance Band ($11; amazon.com).
