Khloé Kardashian might well be the new Kardashian booty queen. Her backside defies gravity (evidence above), she recently launched her denim line Good American to flatter her curves, and she’s even creating a new reality show, Revenge Body, to teach fans how to get her killer bod.
So how, exactly, does Kardashian “boost her buns” and tone that booty? The 32-year-old shared a video on her app and website called “The Exercise That Will Literally Lift Your Butt” to show us just that.
In the clip, trainer Lyzabeth Lopez shows us an easy way to activate your glutes, strapping on a pair of ankle weights and getting down on her hands and knees. Lopez goes through a series of donkey kicks, straight leg lifts, circles, and fire hydrant lifts, keeping her core engaged and contracting her glutes through the exercises to get the full effect.
