Kate Middleton really can do it all.

Last week, the Duchess of Cambridge stepped out in Portsmouth, England, to open the 1851 Trust visitor center in a chic nautical look before changing into something more casual to set sail. Middleton hopped aboard the Land Rover BAR T1 boat for a training session on the Solent River in a black jacket and matching pants, life vest, and sneakers, where she got in on all the intense action.

And now, we have actual video footage of the event that proves the brunette beauty is far more than just a pretty face (not that we ever had any doubts). In the clip, the sporty Princess Kate is seen right alongside the pros, and she gets soaking wet in the process. Talk about a trooper.

"Thank you @landroverbar for the great footage of The Duchess taking to the waves with @AinslieBen and the team on the Solent!" the Duke and Duchess's official Instagram account captioned the montage. Check it out below, and prepare to be impressed with Middleton's skills.
