The Duchess of Cambridge is thinking gray! Kate Middleton stepped out to visit a women's prison and rehabilitation center in England today, where she looked ready to get down to business.

For the occasion, the brunette beauty opted for a structured tweed dress by The Fold ($407; thefoldlondon.com) that featured a slight V-neckline, peplum detail at the waist, and long sleeves. Middleton topped off her look with gray accessories, including a sleek clutch and suede pumps. A selection of delicate jewelry and her new set of bangs completed her ensemble.

Following her visit, Kensington Palace shared an Instagram photo from her trip with a statement from the Duchess herself: "I was reminded today how addictions lie at the heart of so many social issues. I saw again today that a failure to intervene early in life to tackle mental health problems and other challenges can have profound consequences for people throughout their lives. I am grateful to the women I met for sharing their difficult personal stories with me."
