Wet weather is no match for this stunning royal! Kate Middleton stepped out on Friday with her husband, Prince William, and brightened up a dreary English day with yet another picture-perfect ensemble.
The Duchess of Cambridge picked a powder blue polka-dot dress for the trip to Stewards Academy in Harlow, U.K. The stunning frock showed off the royal’s toned gams with a thigh-high slit at her left leg. She paired the dress with a wavy blowout, drop earrings, and nude pumps, which elongated her stems.
The school is supported by Place2Be, a charity that "offers one-to-one mentoring for emotional well-being in schools,” according to the Kensington Palace Instagram account. Kate has been a royal patron of the nonprofit organization since 2013 and it is a partner of Heads Together, the mental health campaign that the royals have championed as a couple.
“The Duke and Duchess are visiting today to find out how the school supports students through big life changes,” the Kensington Palace said on Instagram.
During the visit, the royals met with students, parents, and teachers to learn about how the programs are helping kids cope both in school and at home. The duke even addressed an assembly of students to talk about the importance of mental health.
“Heads Together is all about getting people talking about the difficult times that many of us will face at different times in our life,” Prince William said. “One moment that our campaign wanted to recognize was how tough it can be when young people go through major changes in their life.”
