Kate Hudson is a certifiable Hollywood A-lister, but at New York’s JFK airport yesterday, the actress sported a '70s-inspired ensemble that sublimely depicted Penny Lane’s Almost Famous style.

Just one day after romping through Los Angeles in a garden-inspired floral dress, the beauty once more opted for a boho aesthetic with light-wash boyfriend jeans and an effortlessly tucked-in tank, both pairing well with her suede pointed-toe booties.

The look is easy to replicate; however, it’s Hudson’s standout oversize Smythe coat ($695; with cuffed silk sleeves that elevates her on-the-go style. She smartly threw in a dose of turquoise with a snakeskin handbag draped across her shoulder and a pair of two-toned headphones that shows she knows how to have fun.

Her pilot-like sunglasses and overall ease proved once more that Hudson’s definitely one of the coolest moms in Hollywood.
