Justin Timberlake’s first baby hasn't even been born yet, but we already know he is going to be an amazing father. At last nights iHeart Radio Music Awards when he went to accept the Innovator Award he made the speech all about his wife Jessica Biel and their upcoming addition.

“You can’t have innovation without creation, so finally, I want to thank my best friend, my favorite collaborator: my wife, Jessica, who’s at home watching," he said. "Honey, I can’t wait to see our greatest creation yet. Don’t worry. Daddy’s headed home right now to innovate by learning how to change a poopy diaper and get my swaddle on.” Seriously adorable! The couple is expecting their "greatest creation" in the next few weeks.

But it wasn't only Timberlake talking about his family that was super sentimental. The praises he received from his industry colleagues including Taylor Swift, Pharrell Williams, and Andy Samberg in a pre-taped segment almost moved the musician to tears. "Everyone who was in that piece. I love you too," he said. Similar to Angelina Jolie's speech at the Nickolodeon Kids Choice Awards this weekend, Timberlake encouraged his young fans out there to embrace their differences. "Growing up in school, nobody called me close to an innovator. They called me different. They called me weird. They called me a couple other words I can't say on TV," he said. "If you're a young person—like I used to be—and you're at home and you're being called weird or different, I'm here to tell you your critics do not count. Their words will fade. You won't."

Congratulations to Timberlake on his award! Watch his full acceptance speech below.
