We're pretty much always in awe of Jennifer Lopez's enviable figure, but this year's Oscars effectively cemented our jealousy. After the actress stepped out in that embellished Elie Saab gown with a deep plunging v-neck, we began racking our brains for every possible way to look that good. So, in the name of research, we solicited help from J.Lo's team at BodyLab, her specially designed line of health and fitness formulas, who divulged a key part of her regimen: her favorite breakfast smoothie. (It's the most important meal of the day, after all.) Get the recipe below:

J. Lo's Berry Berry Good Smoothie

Yield: Four servings

Ingredients:3 cups strawberries1 cup blueberries1 cup raspberries1 cup Greek yogurt1 scoop of BodyLab TastyShake in Classic Vanilla ($22; bodylab.com)1 tsp cinnamon2 tbsp honey1 tsp fresh lemon juice½ cup ice cubes

Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
