Take one look at Julianne Hough, and one thing becomes very apparent: This girl works out—a lot. The Dancing with the Stars alum has the kind of body that #fitspo dreams are made of, and she proved that fact once again on Wednesday when she was spotted leaving a gym in L.A.

Dressed in a pair of navy leggings, an aqua sports bra, and a white tank, which she tied at the waist to show off her abs, Hough looked refreshed leaving her workout session. The soon to be Mrs. Laich styled her hair in three small buns, and finished her look with black and pink sneakers, a pair of sunglasses, and her massive engagement ring. 

But it's not just the Grease: Live star's workouts that keep her in tip-top shape, it's her diet too. Hough recently took to Instagram to share the recipe for one of her favorite go-to healthy breakfasts, and it's a dish you could easily make at home.
