It's almost impossible to believe that birthday boy, Josh Hutcherson, is only turning 24 today. Not to say he looks older, but with such an impressive acting resumé under his belt, it's hard for us to imagine how he's managed to accomplish so much at such a young age.
Beginning his on-screen acting career in 2005, Hutcherson's first noteworthy film appearance was in Little Manhattan alongside Cynthia Nixon and Bradley Whitford. From there, the actor continued to star in a steady stream of films, such as RV (2006), Bridge to Terabithia (2007), Journey to the Center of the Earth (2008), and The Kids Are All Right (2010) with Julianne Moore.
Then, in 2011, Hutcherson struck acting gold when he landed the starring role of Peeta Mellark in the mega-hit movie series, The Hunger Games, alongside Jennifer Lawrence. Hutcherson's life has since been turned upside down after he earned major acting recognition for his performance in The Hunger Games, winning 10 of the 12 awards for which he was nominated.
Up next for the actor? Hutcherson has a part in the upcoming dramedy, The Masterpiece, alongside Zac Efron, Seth Rogen, and both Franco brothers, James and Dave.
