Rehersals for the highly-anticpated Harry Potter and the Cursed Child play have begun, and J.K. Rowling is stoking the excitement by giving fans a behind-the-scenes sneak peek. The author took to her Twitter account to share a sketch of the wands Harry Potter and his friends will use in the production.
"Exciting morning at rehearsals for #CursedChild. What do you think of our wand designs? #HarryPotterPlay," she wrote alongside the photo, which depicts Hermione, Harry, Ron, Draco, and Ginny's wands. Along with the sketches, notes below depict what each is made of and a few interesting adjectives.
The play picks up 19 years after the seventh book, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, and will focus on the relationship between Harry and his middle son, Albus. Cursed Child will open in London's West End on July 30. If you can't make it across the pond (or score a covetable ticket), the play will be turned into a book as well.
