To celebrate, the network has created the Beyond the Backpack campaign, which kicked off this morning at the famed Macy’s flagship in New York City’s Herald Square. As part of the initiative, 12 one-of-a-kind backpacks—Dora’s accessory of choice—designed by stars like Jessica Alba, Heidi Klum and Salma Hayek will be auctioned off to benefit the Children’s Defense Fund.
