How are Jennifer Lopez and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson ringing in 2017? Right in the gym.

The Shades of Blue star shared a selfie of the two of them standing near a rack of kettlebells after they worked out together Friday. "Just a couple of gym rats gettin' it in!! @therock thanks for the love and for all the positive energy and inspiration you put out into the world!! #hardworkwins#youcantstopwhatwontstop #erryday," she captioned the snap.

In it, J.Lo is glowing (yes, even after pumping iron) and has her locks pulled up in a top knot as she flashes a smile in a black top paired with large diamond studs. Johnson leans in beside her, showing off his sweaty face and giving his signature smize.

Of course, this isn't the first time Johnson has given his bestie J.Lo some inspiration. After they presented the award for best supporting TV actress at the 2016 Golden Globes, he went straight to Instagram, sang her praises, and complimented her killer legs while he was at it.

"Big love to my good bud—the incomparable @jlo for owning the night w/ me," he captioned a shot of the two of them on stage, which showed the 'Ain't Yo Mama' songstress flaunting her gorgeous gams in a mustard Giambattista Valli gown that featured a thigh-high slit.

"Hardest working woman in show business and one of the coolest chicks around," he continued. "I told her backstage, "You work hard on that amazing leg.. show it!" #GoldenGlobes #RockAndJLo #OwningIt #OneBaldHead#TwoAmazingLegs."

Here's hoping these two keep the fitspo coming in 2017.
