Hunger Games co-stars Jennifer Lawrence and Liam Hemsworth are closer than your average castmates. After filming four films together in three years, they've formed an ever-lasting friendship despite the fact that Lawrence wouldn't have thought she'd be pals with someone so handsome.
"I would never expect to ever have a man this good-looking to ever be my best friend," she said at a press conference for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1. "I just would never assume those things could happen, but he is."
However, J. Law doesn't just admire Hemsworth for his leading-man good looks, according to her, he's also a pretty great guy. "He’s the most wonderful, lovable, family-oriented, sweet, hilarious, amazing guy," she continued. "He actually taught me how to be fair but to stand up for myself and toughen up a bit. That was important, I needed that."
But the lovefest wasn't just a one-way street. Hemsworth returned the praise, telling reporters what Lawrence has taught him. "What I've learned from Jen is to stay in the moment, be honest, and be yourself no matter what," Hemsworth said. "She enjoys what she's doing and she's happy, and I think that's why she's such a great actress--she's able to adapt to situations so easily." Let's say it together, awww.
These two are winning the award for most adorable Hunger Games co-stars. See them together on screen when The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1 opens on Friday, November 21.
