September cover girl Hilary Swank (in Lanvin) was the life of the party at InStyle's dinner honoring the cast, director and real-life inspiration behind Fox Searchlight Pictures' Conviction, held at the Windsor Arms Hotel. "Working on this movie has changed me for the better," said Swank, who plays Betty Anne Waters in the emotional film. "I wanted to do justice to Betty Anne's story. It's a big responsibility." Swank kicked off the celebration with an emotional toast to co-stars Juliette Lewis and Sam Rockwell, director Tony Goldwyn, Waters and her family. Click on to see more photos from the chic party.
