Kate Hudson isn't shy about showing off her incredibly toned body ... and for good reason. The Fabletics co-founder, who swears by Pilates, works hard to keep her physique in stellar shape, and she showed off one of her tough Pilates moves on the 'gram.

"Go ahead and carry yourself ... lift up and back," a trainer filming the cell phone video can be heard saying, as Hudson lies on a Gratz Cadillac Pilates apparatus with her feet suspended in the air. The mom-of-two soon does just that, lifting her entire body weight off of a black platform with the help of two silver poles at her sides. "Oh, yes!," she exclaims, as she hits the move in a cropped gray top and cropped Fabletics leggings.

"Yaaasssss! Getting to know my Gratz and loooooooving it #ThisFeltSoGooooooood #AlwaysTheBestWorkout #GratzSpringsOnPoint #PilatesCadillac @nicolestuartla @gratz_pilates @fabletics," she captioned the clip.

The 37-year-old Mother's Day star previously shared some of her fitness and workout secrets with InStyle while promoting her book Pretty Happy earlier this year, saying, "Pilates seems to be my go-to, for me personally. My book is also about, 'You've got to kind of find out what that is for you.' Every time I go back to Pilates, it's like, there's something about it that I feel like I can reconnect to—something that just motivates me."

It's clear Hudson's love for Pilates has paid off.
