Amal Clooney made her awards season debut last night at the 2015 Golden Globes, and what a glamorous moment it was! The newlywed’s stunning Dior gown, which she paired with long white gloves, called for an equally timeless beauty routine. Once settling on her signature blowout, she enlisted the talents of makeup artist Charlotte Tilbury. Here, you can recreate the look with her key tips. RELATED: Stunning! George and Amal Clooney Are the Best Dressed Couple at the Golden Globes “I created a retro beauty look inspired by the silver screen sirens that fits her classic style,” Tilbury says. First she prepped the star’s skin with her Goddess Skin Clay Mask (available in March) to create a “veil of perfection.” This was followed by her collagen-boosting Magic Cream ($100; nordstrom.com) and Wonderglow Instant Soft-Focus Beauty Flash ($55; nordstrom.com), which together provided a silky-smooth base for foundation. After dabbing concealer along the under eye area, Tilbury dusted the brand’s Airbrush Flawless Finish Skin Perfecting Micro-Powder in Medium ($45; nordstrom.com) down the middle of the face to sweep away unwanted oils, and keep Mrs. Clooney’s complexion fresh for the big night ahead. RELATED: Charlotte Tilbury’s Makeup Line Is Finally Available in the U.S. As for her impeccable brow game? The pro used her Brow Lift pencil in Cara D ($30; nordstrom.com) to fill and shape her arches before sweeping the “pop” shade from the Luxury Palette in The Dolce Vita ($52; nordstrom.com) across the lids to enhance Clooney’s eye color. Once tracing her eyes with dark brown eyeliner, she reached for the brand's Eye Powder Pencil in Sophia ($22; nordstrom.com) and layered it over the top to soften the effect. Next, for a dose of drama, she painted her lashes with three coats of Full Fat Lashes Mascara in Glossy Black ($29; nordstrom.com), creating a voluminous, wide-eyed look. Finally, after blending blush along the apples of her cheeks to bring on a healthy glow, Tilbury finished things off with the most classic beauty staple of all: velvety red lips. She mixed her K.I.S.S.I.N.G. Lipstick in Night Crimson ($32; nordstrom.com) and Matte Revolution Lipstick in Red Carpet Red (available in fall 2015) to achieve the perfect crimson shade.
