British Prime Minister David Cameron and his wife, Samantha Cameron, visited the Obamas in Washington D.C. this week, where the First Ladies represented their countries in a colorful mix clothes by British and American designers. The most interesting fashion moment happened at last night’s White House State Dinner, the culmination of the visit, where Michelle Obama chose a teal, off-the-shoulder Marchesa gown. Marchesa designers Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig are both British, and the label is based out of New York. Talk about a diplomatic outfit choice! See more of the First Ladies' patriotic fashion choices in the gallery.
