Hilary Swank is no stranger to a hard workout, and her latest ‘gram will get you up and moving—to the gym, that is. The Million Dollar Baby actress shared a video to Instagram for #FitnessFriday showing off her intense strength-training routine.

In the clip, Swank squats and then lifts a mega weight above her head, aptly lifting to the tune of Rihanna’s “Work.” The star smiles at the camera with each press, proving this ultra-fit actress is also a goofball at heart.
