J.K. Rowling finally unveiled her latest mystery—a Pottermore website! In a video posted to the online destination, she explains Pottermore as "a free website that builds an exciting online experience around the reading of the Harry Potter books." Visitors can play interactive games, read Rowling's extensive new material about characters, places and objects in the series, and, for the first time, download eBooks! Pottermore officially launches in October, but on July 31st (Harry's birthday!) users will be able to find out more details about entering the site early. The final film, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2, hits theaters July 15th.
