Have you ever wondered the secret to Halle Berry's killer bikini body? At 49, the Oscar winner is only getting better. While Berry hasn't revealed everything she does to keep her body bangin' just yet, the Extant star did give a glimpse into one of the ways she maintains a bikini-ready body year-round (and it's time to take some notes).

In an Instagram video post Berry shared Sunday, she can be seen on a beach in a two-piece while hitting a plank pose with her trainer Nat Bardonnet. To take their abs-burning exercise to the next level, the fit duo clap their hands together as they hold the pose. "Being in London makes me miss my workout buddy @natbardonnet," Berry captioned the clip.

Berry's fitness guru previously told People they do 30-minute power workouts together at least three times a week that include planks, weight training and push ups. "The way I push Halle, not many people would be able to last," Bardonnet told the mag. "She always has great energy and a great smile. Whatever curveball I throw at her, she can take."

Knocking out those workouts like a champ has certainly paid off, which can be seen in the sultry bikini snap she posted on the 'gram a few weeks ago.
