When Gisele Bündchen isn’t busy strutting her stuff on the world’s most famous runways or spending time with her picture-perfect family, she’s sharing her passion for the environment and advocating for its preservation.

The UNEP Goodwill Ambassador arrived at UN headquarters in N.Y.C. on Tuesday to attend a meeting alongside French President Emmanuel Macron.

“Thank you Mr. President @EmmanuelMacron for leading the Global Pact for the Environment,” the supermodel began in a caption on Instagram.

“We must stop living with the idea of “out of sight, out of mind”—if we don’t see it, it won’t affect us. But it will, because everything in this world is connected. The trash, for example, that magically disappears from our houses every day is going somewhere. It’s going to landfills, rivers, and oceans contaminating fish, water sources and coming right back to our table," she continued. "We need to wake up—We must rethink the way we live, the way we produce, the way we consume and change our habits before it is too late. :deciduous_tree::earth_americas::recycle:

Preach, girl!

Naturally, the former Victoria’s Secret Angel looked perfectly polished for her big meeting. The Brazilian mother of two arrived at the iconic building in a pair of beige trousers and a matching tank, gray pumps and a charcoal blazer finishing off her businesslike aesthetic. She accessorized with a simple pendant necklace, the ultimate in timeless elegance.
