Whether you’re celebrating Valentine’s Day with your beau, your buds, or yourself, you’ll need a sumptuous main dish, a chocolate-filled dessert, and, of course, the perfect cocktail. On February 14, we’ll be sipping on the Love Blush Gimlet from the Four Seasons New York’s TY Bar. “With a touch of cranberry, this sweet-and-sour cocktail turns bright pink—perfect for the romantic holiday,” says food and beverage director Justin Milazzo. Try the Cupid-approved recipe below.
Love Blush Gimlet
2 oz Grey Goose Citron vodka ($29; wineanthology.com)
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
3/4 oz unsweetened cranberry juice
1/2 oz agave nectar
Fresh cranberries, for garnish
1. Combine vodka, lime juice, cranberry juice, and agave nectar in a shaker over ice.
2. Shake vigorously and pour into a chilled martini glass.
3. Garnish with fresh cranberries.
