Prabal Gurung has created new uniforms for Sephora's in-store beauty advisors! The beauty retailer's current uniform has been used since 2001, but in April, the new designs will be rolled out at North American stores. "The beauty advisors work so hard to make their clients look and feel good. I was ecstatic with the opportunity to make them look just as amazing," Gurung said at the unveiling of the garments last night in New York City. "I incorporated some of my favorite design elements into the uniforms, and although I won't get to personally meet every individual advisor, it's exciting to think they'll be getting to know me by wearing these outfits." 2011 has been a big year for Gurung: Not only was he awarded the CFDA Swarovski Award for Womenswear, but he was recently appointed chief designer to relaunch the Japansese fashion brand ICB.
