When we spotted Ellie Goulding rocking bikini after bikini during a recent trip to Miami, one thing came to mind (aside from insane jealousy)—just how does the singer stay in such killer shape?

Well, one look at Goulding's Instagram account answers that question. The "On My Mind" singer's page is jam-packed with videos of herself working out, and these exercises look hard. Her most recent? A clip showing her doing what can only be described as one of the most challenging ab moves we've ever seen.

In the clip, Goulding lays on a decline bench, a weighted barbell held directly above her head. The singer manages to complete quite a few sit-ups, and we're totally impressed. "Good for the abs..." she cheekily captioned the black-and-white vid. Um, yeah. We know what exercise we'll be trying next time we hit the gym.
