Happy birthday to the late queen of disco, Donna Summer. After years of moving and grooving to her get-up-and-dance songs, Summer passed away in 2012 from cancer at the age of 63. Today, the five-time Grammy Award winner is still remembered for having defined and dominated the disco era of the late 1970s. With a string of popular singles, including "Love to Love You Baby," "I Feel Love," and "Last Dance," the songstress kept the disco hits coming, much to her fans' delight. She even was the first artist to have three consecutive albums reach No. 1 on the U.S. Billboard album chart. In short, she was considered music royalty.
