Now that's it's fall, ‘tis the season for pumpkin everything. If the cool weather has your complexion feeling a little dry and lackluster, put your PSL (pumpkin spice latte) down and slather on this pumpkin face mask instead. As it turns out, your favorite fall produce can work wonders for your skin. Loaded with vitamins and antioxidants, pumpkins fight wrinkles and age spots while naturally exfoliating flaky areas for a healthier glow. Ingredients:

2 tsp of pureed pumpkin (canned is fine, or use your holiday leftovers)

1/2 tsp organic honey

1 tsp organic Greek yogurt (fat free for oily skin, 2% for dry skin)

Directions:

1. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl and apply to damp skin.

2. Leave on for 10 minutes.

3. Rinse with a muslin or washcloth.

4. Use once a week (make a new batch for each use).
