Talk about an entrance! Demi Moore caused a few jaws to drop when she showed up unannounced to present the outstanding performance by a cast in a motion picture trophy at the Screen Actors Guild Awards on Saturday wearing a Spring 2003 Zac Posen gown.
Moore, whose appearance was shrouded in a little mystery, accentuated her slender frame in the black collared and ruffled vintage gown.
The 53-year-old actress accessorized with silver and black drop earrings and pulled her hair into a high bun — save for a few, face-framing tendrils. “What a wonderful surprise for me to see my pal #DemiMoore wearing her own vintage #ZacPosen gown from my second collection many moons ago while presenting at the #SagAwards tonight,” Posen proudly declared on Instagram, alongside a slow-mo video of the beauty taking the stage.
Moore apparently didn’t consult the designer before picking her look for the evening, but it’s clear she won his approval.
“The unbelievably beautiful #DemiMoore wearing her own vintage #ZacPosen gown at the #SagAwards tonight,” Posen added.
The actress continued to show off her timeless gown at the evening’s afterparties: a source tells People she was spotted chatting with Marisa Tomei at The Big Short's table.
