On Wednesday in L.A., the 19-year-old Coach campaign star and actress brought her mom, Teri Moretz, along for a weekday stroll that explains where the teenager gets her A+ sense of style from. Sure, she once again managed to make headlines in a simple off-duty look that involved denim cutoffs, a graphic, oversize sweatshirt, wayfarer-style sunglasses, and white sneakers. But it’s her mom who we’re really impressed with.
For the mother-daughter outing, Teri rocked a pair of slim-fitting black jeans with matching sneakers and a black-and-white plaid shirt. She added a layer of elegance by pairing a chain-strap black handbag with oversize sunglasses and an award-worthy smile that matches her daughter's. Recently, the 19-year-old took to Instagram to prove that mom has had an affinity for fashion since way back when.
“For your viewing pleasure, here’s my mom circa 1980!” she wrote as the caption to a totally retro shot of Teri dressed in black high-waist pants and a ruffled white blouse.
Style clearly runs in the family.
