If you've ever wanted to wear a Chanel bag on your eyelids, then the makeup trend from the label's Paris Fashion Week show is right up your alley. We figured lead makeup artist Tom Pecheux had something big in store when he Instagrammed a shot of his beauty arsenal (jam-packed with Chanel products, natch) the night before the show, and the finished look certainly didn't disappoint.

Pecheux complemented the classic tweed pieces and pearl-adorned accessories with a criss-crossed shadow pattern paying homage to the brand's iconic handbags. The design is so precise, we almost thought it was the work of a stencil at first glance, but Pecheux actually drew on the quilted effect with an ultra-fine makeup brush and black shadow. Don't mind us—we'll just be over here trying to hold a hand steady enough to mimic this masterpiece. Check out a few detailed shots of the look below.
