We've tried way too many strobing techniques to mimic Candice Swanepoel's insanely luminous complexion, when this whole time, the answer to mirroring her perfect skin was in our kitchen. At the campaign reveal for Juicy Couture's new scent, Viva La Juicy Rose, the supermodel revealed her secret, which involves some choice produce, water, and a Magic Bullet blender. "I do a lot of smoothies at home, and I actually do them specifically for my skin," Swanepoel told us. "I really notice a difference, and I use all these specific oils and powders in them that really benefit my skin."

Swanepoel begins with a banana, and will add either blueberries and cherries depending on what she's feeling that day. She'll then add a generous amount of coconut oil into the mix. "It's amazing for your hair and skin," she adds. "I'll put in a little collagen powder, as well as some primrose oil, which is really good for women and your hormonal balance. I'm very into all of that!" Aside from her daily glow-inducing smoothie, the model's overall diet is pretty skin-friendly. She notes Japanese food as one of her favorite cuisines, and loves having healthy food like soup and quinoa—but that doesn't mean she won't indulge from time to time. "I don't do any crazy dieting in general. I crave good, healthy food, but I do love pasta and desserts as well," she tells us. "Balance is good, and I'll have a little bit of everything. If I'm craving something bad, then I'll just have a little bit." Supermodels—they're just like us, right?
