Caitlyn Jenner is opening up in a whole new way. The I Am Cait star is teaming up with Buzz Bissinger, the Pulitzer-Prize winning journalist who penned her Vanity Fair cover story, and Grand Central Publishing to write a memoir about her transition from beloved Olympic athlete into a glamorous transgender activist.

"Things have been moving so quickly that it will be nice to slow things down a bit and take the proper time to reflect on this journey," Jenner says in a statement. "I couldn't pick a better team, in Grand Central and Buzz, to make sure this story is told with a lot of honesty and care."

Jenner also took to Instagram to share a photo of Bissinger to announce the news. "Thrilled to reunite with my friend Buzz Bissinger. Honored that he's telling my full story," she captioned a photo of him wearing her Olympic medal (below).

Since opening up to Diane Sawyer last April, Caitlyn has been on a whirlwind journey. She was honored with the Arthur Ashe Award at the 2015 ESPYs, was named Barbara Walter's most fascinating person of the year, and starred in her own reality series, which is about to begin its second season. We're sure her upcoming memoir will be just as buzz-worthy.
