Bruce Willis knows how to make the most of a family day out at the beach (he is an action star, after all). As the Vice star hit the waves in a white T-shirt and printed swim trunks with his daughter Mabel Wednesday, the duo made a splash while they had a blast in the ocean.

"Jumpin in the Atlantic like.... #beachlife #funinthesun," Bruce's wife, Emma Hemming Willis, captioned the clip of the action on Instagram Wednesday, which showed the 61-year-old actor picking up their 4-year-old to help her hop over a wave as she giggles in delight.

While Bruce and Mabel's time by the shore was action-packed, the tyke took some time to relax in the sand too as she played with her little sister, Evelyn, 2, during their outdoor excursion. In another photo Emma shared Tuesday, Mabel can be seen rocking a baseball cap and a floral swimsuit as Evelyn poses nearby for the camera in printed sunglasses and a striped pink top "My beach babes #summerdays #mamaofgirls," Emma wrote alongside the photo.

Emma's Boomerang of Bruce and Mabel playing in the ocean is just the latest sweet post she's shared of the thesp spending quality time with their girls. Just a week ago, the mom of two posted a touching black-and-white photo of Bruce cuddling Mabel in his lap in a seat on a private plane.
