Want to get a #flawless body like Beyoncé? Well, you better be ready to work for it because she certainly does. The singer shows you exactly how intensely she works out in a new video she posted on Instagram. While dressed in a black T-shirt and striped leggings, she lunges, punches, squats, and does crunch after crunch to "Eye of the Tiger." See for yourself:

Bey shared the video not just to show that she has the perfect squatting technique, but to celebrate the fifth anniversary of Michelle Obama’s "Let's Move" fitness campaign. Participants are encouraged to participate in healthy activities that get them outside and moving more (such as gardening) and to eat healthier and work out more. If Beyoncé's videos doesn't inspire you to live a healthier life, what will?

Obama clearly agrees as she regrammed the post and captioned it: “Double tap if you're ready to work out with @Beyonce! #GimmeFive of your workout drills (or you'll disappoint the Beygency).” You don't want to disappoint the Beygency.

The Grammy winner has been very outspoken about her health routines this year. Earlier this month Beyoncé announced that she and her trainer Marco Borges would be launching a  22-day vegan meal delivery service.
