Beyoncé is a busy bee these days! An HBO documentary in the works, a Super Bowl halftime show debut on February 3, and now—a giant $50 million advertising deal with Pepsi. The singer has signed on to appear in the soda brand's next ad campaign, her fifth one with the label since 2002, set to include not only a TV spot but also her face on a limited-edition line of the beverage's cans. Both the ad and cans are set to debut sometime in 2013, after she makes her appearance at the Super Bowl. And in a new twist, Pepsi will also create a multimillion dollar fund to support Beyoncé's creative endeavors, expected to result in multiple artistic collaborations over the next several years. "Pepsi embraces creativity and understands that artists evolve,” Beyoncé said in a statement. “As a businesswoman, this allows me to work with a lifestyle brand with no compromise and without sacrificing my creativity.” Bey's in good company: let's not forget the Pepsi ads from days of yore, including the Spice Girls, Britney Spears, and more.
