Just last week, it was snowing in N.Y.C. and we were more than surprised at the stars' sartorial preparation for the cold (or rather, the lack thereof). Sleeveless dresses, naked legs, and sandals abounded, despite icy patches and sky-high snow banks.

But now that spring has (unofficially) sprung, with temps upwards of 60 degrees Fahrenheit, we're slowly wrapping our heads around the idea of exposing our pasty winter-ridden legs to the sun, or to the public. But the real question is, just how much? Just a sliver of an ankle, or the whole leg? As naked-leg pros, we let celebrities be our guide and used them as a scale, from one extreme end of the no-tights spectrum to the other.
