Creative Director Demna Gvasalia is shaking things up at Balenciaga—again.
Just three days before the designer shows his spring 2018 collection for the fashion house in Paris, a fresh new logo has been introduced. In case you forgot what the previous one looked like, here’s a refresher:

The new iteration? It’s clean. It’s minimalist. And guys, if they send a trash bag down the runway this Sunday, I may have to have it.
The brand took to Instagram on Friday to share the news with a simple caption: “New Balenciaga Logo Out Now.”
The inspiration for the new type is something we can all relate to. “Conceived in-house, the development process was inspired by the clarity of public transportation signage. The result is a visually shortened logo which gives a simple, bold stamp to the timeless deluxe Balenciaga signature,” the brand said in a statement, according to WWD.
